Why specialist IT?
Coworking IT is different
A coworking space isn't a regular office. You share the network, you don't control the infrastructure, and there's no IT department down the hall. Generic IT support doesn't account for any of that.
We work inside a coworking space ourselves - Spaces Victoria. We understand the problems because we live with them every day. That's why we built our service around how coworkings actually operate. We support Mac, Windows, Linux, Chromebooks, and mobile devices.
Shared network, your data
Your business traffic runs over infrastructure you don't control. Device security and safe backups matter more here, not less.
No IT department
When something breaks, the founder becomes the IT person. Deadlines don't wait while you troubleshoot.
Meeting room AV
Screens, video conferencing, HDMI cables. When it fails minutes before a client call, you need help now.
Hardware is the business
Your laptop is your office. If it dies, work stops - so repairs need to happen in hours, not weeks.

Fair use, in plain terms: unlimited helpdesk means no fixed ticket count - not unlimited engineering time. As a guide, it covers around 1.5 hours per user per month on Core, 2 hours on Professional and 3 hours on Complete, averaged over a quarter. Projects, migrations, training and new-office setups are quoted separately. If usage runs consistently higher, we'll recommend a better-fitting plan first - never a surprise invoice.
All prices exclude VAT and are subject to fair usage and our service terms. Final pricing based on scope and team size. Book a free consultation to discuss your needs.

In practice
What this looks like on a Tuesday
A stolen laptop, a nine-desk firm with no IT person, a leaver whose logins outlived them - the three situations we see most in flex space.
Coworking
The laptop that left Victoria
A laptop vanishes at lunchtime, and nobody can say whether the disk was encrypted. That uncertainty is the real incident.
How we run itCoworking
Nine desks, one network
M365 nobody configured, the building's WiFi taken on faith, and a shared note called Passwords. It works - until it doesn't.
How we run itAny small team
The leaver who kept the keys
Around half of companies find former staff still inside their software. The access map takes half a day and usually finds someone.

Frequently asked questions
Especially for Spaces Victoria members, we aim to turn around common repairs such as screens and batteries the same day. If you need to keep working while a device is away, we can arrange a temporary replacement through our device partner Fleet, subject to availability and separate terms agreed for the job.
Call us immediately. At Spaces Victoria we're in the building most weekdays - subscription members are often seen within the hour when we're on-site. Elsewhere in central London, we prioritise business emergencies for same-day on-site help, starting remotely straight away. If the device cannot be restored quickly, we can arrange a temporary replacement through Fleet, subject to availability and agreed terms.
Absolutely. Coworking spaces are full of solo founders and freelancers - pay-as-you-go exists exactly for that. Emergency repairs or one-off setups, no monthly fees required.
Both. We can collect from your desk (especially in Victoria) or you can drop off. Most software issues are solved remotely - no drop-off needed.
Monthly per-user pricing across four plans, from Core (£39) to fully managed Complete and Dedicated. Plans start with a three-month initial term, then run monthly - you move between plans as your team grows or shrinks, and can cancel any month after the initial term with 30 days' notice.
No fixed ticket count - call or write as often as you need for everyday issues. As a guide, it covers around 1.5 hours per user per month on Core, 2 on Professional and 3 on Complete, averaged over a quarter. The plans are built so you rarely need that time - monitoring catches most issues before they reach you; the helpdesk covers the rest. If you consistently need more, we'll suggest a better-fitting plan rather than send a surprise invoice.
On Core and Professional plans, a visit is a £65 call-out plus £85 per hour on site. The Complete plan includes one visit a month under fair use. At Spaces Victoria we're often in the building anyway - and most issues are fixed remotely in minutes.
Yes - Mac, Windows, Chromebooks, and mobile devices. Shared offices mix every platform side by side, and our repair background covers all of them.
