Relocation FAQ
Most small and medium moves (up to 50 users) complete over a single weekend (Friday PM to Sunday PM). Larger moves are often phased over multiple weekends.
This is common in London. We audit connectivity 4-6 weeks out. If the ISP is delayed, we deploy interim 4G/5G business failover to keep you working.
Evolfe holds £6 million Public and Products Liability cover for its IT contracting work, subject to the policy terms. Physical transport is scoped separately: if a removals or courier partner is involved, responsibility and any Goods in Transit cover are confirmed in the written quote before the move.
The physical move is our removals partner's job, and the IT is ours: they move it, we make it work. We coordinate both crews under one plan, so you deal with a single point of contact for the whole move.
