Why it matters
The difference proper IT makes
Most SMEs pay for IT when something breaks. A managed plan flips that: most problems are caught and fixed before anyone’s day is interrupted. If you’re weighing that against a first IT hire, we ran the in-house versus outsourcing numbers for a London business.
Issue appears
A small problem disrupts your team.
Detected early
Monitoring spots it before it grows.
Engineer owns it
We investigate and resolve it fast.
Work continues
Your team stays focused. No disruption.
Without proper IT support
- Missed updates create security holes no one notices.
- The 'tech person' loses hours context-switching from their real job.
- No monitoring means you only find problems when they cause damage.
- Fixes are reactive, urgent and more expensive.
With managed support
- Proactive monitoring catches issues before they affect your team.
- Dedicated helpdesk with real response times - not 'when someone's free'.
- Planned maintenance and updates happen in the background.
- Stability, security and productivity - without the overhead.
What's included
What we cover
Every business needs a different mix. Some need all three. Some start with one and grow into the rest.

Prevent
Proactive management, fewer fires.

- Security (antivirus, firewall, Cyber Essentials)
- Backup & disaster recovery

Evolve
Technology that gives you an edge.
Workflow audits, process automation, and AI tools that save real hours every week. We help you spend on technology that pays back - not just keeps the lights on.
- Workflow audit & optimisation
- Process automation
- AI tools setup & training
- Technology strategy & roadmap
Not sure how much of this you actually need? Take the 2-minute security check - nine questions, no email, and you’ll see where the gaps are before you speak to anyone.
Patching is where most of that prevention starts. If any of your machines are still on Windows 10, read our upgrade plan for London businesses before the October 2026 ESU deadline arrives.

Fair use, in plain terms: unlimited helpdesk means no fixed ticket count - not unlimited engineering time. As a guide, it covers around 1.5 hours per user per month on Core, 2 hours on Professional and 3 hours on Complete, averaged over a quarter. Projects, migrations, training and new-office setups are quoted separately. If usage runs consistently higher, we'll recommend a better-fitting plan first - never a surprise invoice.
All prices exclude VAT and are subject to fair usage and our service terms. Business plans carry a £150/month minimum. Book a free consultation to discuss your needs.
How it works
How we deliver support
Three channels designed around how your team actually works. Mac, Windows, Linux - all platforms covered.
Remote
Helpdesk, screen share, and remote access. Most issues never need a site visit - and you talk straight to the engineer who fixes it, not a ticket queue. We track response times and share them with clients monthly.
On-Site
London-wide engineers for hands-on work. Network setup, hardware issues, office visits. Same-day target for critical situations - remote work starts while an engineer is on the way.
Dedicated Contact
Direct line to your account manager. Phone, email, or chat - no call centres, no ticket queues. A real person who knows your setup.
Getting started
How we start working together
No long procurement processes. No six-week onboarding. Four steps, and you have IT support.
Free Consultation
A 30-minute call about your team, your setup, and what keeps breaking. No sales pitch.
Audit & Recommendation
We review your devices, network, and security basics, then recommend a support level - honestly, even if the answer is 'you don't need us yet.'
Proposal & Agreement
One clear document: scope, pricing, and response times. Monthly, per-job, or per-hour - whichever fits.
Onboarding & Support
We document your systems, set up monitoring, and take over the day-to-day - with a direct line to your account manager from day one.
In practice
What this looks like on a Tuesday
A quiet month on a plan, the 93 hours nobody invoices, and the morning a ransom note appears - sourced 2026 events, our method against each.
Small business / Coworking
A month on the plan
No crisis in this one - just four ordinary weeks of a fourteen-person firm on a plan. This is what the fee actually buys.
How we run itSmall business / Coworking
Ninety-three hours
The average UK employee loses 93 working hours a year to IT problems. No single one of them ever justifies a call-out - so none get fixed.
How we run itSmall business
Twenty-six a month
323 UK firms reported ransomware in a year - most of them small. The first two hours decide whether it's a bad Tuesday or a bad month.

Frequently asked questions
First response within 2 business hours during the working day (Mon–Fri) - within 1 business hour for critical, business-down issues. For emergencies, call us directly: phoned-in critical issues get the 1-hour clock. These are response commitments - resolution depends on the fault, and sometimes on Microsoft, your ISP or a hardware vendor; we keep you updated throughout.
No. Plans start with a three-month initial term - which covers our onboarding work - then run monthly. Cancel any month after that with 30 days' notice; we earn your business every month. Hourly and per-job work has no commitment at all.
Yes. Mac, Windows, Chromebooks, and mobile devices. We also handle printers, network equipment, and meeting room AV. Our background is 220,000+ repairs across all platforms.
5–50 people is our sweet spot - businesses big enough to need IT support but not big enough to justify a full-time IT person. We scale up and down as needed.
Per user per month, across four plans: Core (from £39), Professional (from £69), Complete (from £99), and Dedicated (custom). Higher plans add backup, Microsoft 365 management, and on-site cover. We scope the exact plan during the free consultation.
No fixed ticket count - call or write as often as you need for everyday issues. As a guide, fair use covers around 1.5 hours per user per month on Core, 2 on Professional and 3 on Complete, averaged over a quarter. The plans are built so you rarely need that time: monitoring and maintenance catch most issues before they reach you, and the helpdesk covers the rest - passwords, third-party outages, and honest 'how do I…' questions. If usage runs consistently higher, we'll recommend a better-fitting plan - never a surprise invoice.
On Core and Professional plans, a visit is a £65 call-out - covering travel anywhere in central London - plus £85 per hour on site. The Complete plan includes one visit a month under fair use. Most issues are fixed remotely within minutes, though; visits are the exception, not the default.
Yes, subject to engineer availability: weekday evenings at 1.5× our hourly rate (£127.50), nights, weekends and bank holidays at 2× (£170). We always confirm the rate with you before starting. If you need guaranteed 24/7 cover, that's the Dedicated plan.
One person and up to two devices they regularly use - typically a laptop and a phone. Extra devices, shared mailboxes or service accounts that need real management are priced separately, agreed upfront.
Projects (migrations, office moves, new infrastructure), hardware and software licences, training, cabling, and data recovery from failed drives - handled by our sister company Fixfactor. All of it is quoted upfront before any work starts. Everyday support, monitoring and maintenance are covered by the plan.
