5. Service agreements

Specific IT support contracts, project work, and consulting engagements are governed by separate service agreements. These terms apply to general website use and initial enquiries. Service-specific terms, pricing, and SLAs are agreed in writing before work begins.

6. Service terms - key points

Every support agreement is confirmed in a short Service Schedule you sign before we start. These are the standard terms it contains:

Term.Subscription plans run for an initial three months - which covers our onboarding work - then continue monthly. Cancel any month after that with 30 days’ notice. No exit fees.

Minimum. Business plans carry a £150/month minimum invoice.

Fair usage. Unlimited helpdesk means no fixed ticket count, not unlimited engineering time - as a guide, around 1.5 hours per user per month on Core, 2 hours on Professional and 3 hours on Complete, averaged over a quarter. If usage runs consistently higher, we recommend a better-fitting plan first - never a surprise invoice.

Users. A user is one person with up to two regularly used devices. Additional devices, shared mailboxes or service accounts that need active management are priced separately, agreed upfront.

Response times. We commit to response times - a qualified engineer starts working with you within the stated window. Resolution can depend on third parties such as Microsoft, your internet provider or hardware vendors; we keep you updated throughout.

On-site visits. Where chargeable: a £65 call-out covering travel in central London, plus £85 per hour on site. Travel outside our normal service area may carry a surcharge, agreed before we set off.

Out-of-hours. Weekday evenings at 1.5× and nights, weekends and bank holidays at 2× the hourly rate, subject to engineer availability. Guaranteed 24/7 cover is part of the Dedicated plan.

Your side.We ask clients to keep hardware and software within vendor support, hold valid licences for the software we manage, and act on our security recommendations - we can’t be responsible for systems we’ve specifically advised replacing.

All prices exclude VAT.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolfe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on any information provided. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
